Men’s Weight Loss with Cardio Workouts
A cardio workout is one of the fastest ways for a guy to begin losing the weight. The cardio workout needs to be high-intensity to work. Try running sprints on a treadmill or around the local track. After a brief warm up begin by walking as fast as possible for about a minute. Then sprint for about one minute. Repeat this fast walking and sprinting for about 8 to 10 times. Make sure to give yourself time to cool down. Do this cardio workout three times a week and you will begin to see that weight loss.
Men’s Weight Loss with Weights
Many weight workout programs have you do upper body and lower body at different times. We suggest that you do both at the same time. Whatever the routine, do two sets each, limit the rest intervals to 30 seconds and between reps do a quick cardio routine. We suggest this one: get into a pushup position on the floor. Bring your right knee up to your shoulders and plant the foot for support. Then lower your right foot back to its original position and bring your left foot up to your shoulders. Repeat this until you are winded.
Men’s Weight Loss with the Correct Diet
Counting calories is for girls. Men need only to learn to live by these four rules of eating:
1. Make sure that you eat breakfast everyday no matter what. That first meal of the day is what cranks up your metabolism. Make your own healthy egg muffin meal. Combine an egg white with a piece of turkey or ham on an English muffin. Add Tabasco for taste.
2. Live by the rule that you can eat whatever you want. Just make sure that you get up from the table feeling a little bit hungry. Think moderation when ordering your meal. Go for the 6-inch sub and not the 12-inch sub. Avoid super-sizing your meal, and have two slices of pizza, not four.
3. Pay attention to what your drinking throughout the day. Avoid the soda and juices, and concentrate on your water intake. Have coffee if you like and try to avoid beer. Drink vodka as it has fewer calories.
4. Snack as much as you want throughout the day. Just make sure that your snacking on nuts and fruits. You will find plenty of protein in the nuts and a banana after working out will give you the potassium to avoid cramping. Drink a glass of milk before bedtime to give you that full feeling and help you avoid those midnight snack binges.
